Tardy Policy:

There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. After the 10 minutes you will have to reschedule and pay the same day cancellation fee of $25.00 or will be charged a late fee of $10.00.

Please send a text message to (312)-883-0478 if you are running late to your appointment. Texting is the preferred contact method for tardiness and cancellations as we are with other clients.

Cancellation/Late Notice Policy:

We ask that you cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment. Same day cancellations/ reschedules will result in a fee charged of $25.00.

We understand that life happens. 3 Reschedules in a row will require payment up front. If you "no call no show" you will be charged 50% of the service total & will have to pay any future appointments in full.

Refunds:

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you are unsatisfied with your service completed, a complimentary fix or "touch up" within 48 hours of the original service date is available at your discretion.

Failure to receive a complimentary fix or "touch up" will result in your forfeit to receive a refund of any kind. If you are unhappy with the results of your service and have consulted with and received a complimentary fix or "touch up" and are still not happy, Hann's House of Beauty will use reasonable and fair judgment on any decision to issue a refund of any kind.
